Peakhurst Granny Flat

We built this client a modern granny flat, which blended into the original house adding a look of a second residence. High end, quality hard wood was used on the floors in the open plan kitchen with the horizontal window allowing natural light to brighten the space. The large commercial doors which open onto an entertaining deck doubled the floor space. The double garage underneath added functionality to this project, giving our clients a much bigger storage space. The quality and attention to detail added a modern touch to beautifully complement the existing home.
