We are in the middle of a major renovation with Mike Prince.  I have had many houses renovated, and I have to say I have never experienced a builder like Mike. He is not only extremely competent, he is also an amazing human being: he is always willing to listen to us and very gently he often suggests real improvements to our own ideas.  He never pushes, he never gets annoyed, he is always just a perfect gentleman and so incredibly helpful.  I have never encountered a builder like him.  Every single one of the people who work for him or just work with him feel exactly the same way.  Several of them told me: "There is no one like Mike."  I agree entirely. 

My wife and I feel so lucky and privileged that we found him.  Everything he has done for us looks beautiful and he takes such pride in making certain that we love it. And we do love it!  I promise anyone who hires him, they will be absolutely delighted!  

And he is very fair; he never tries to make money for its own sake, so much so, that he even found a sink in his own garage, and just gave it to us, and the same with some beautiful lumber he had lying around:  he gifted it to us!  

Now I ask you, how many builders have ever done anything like that?  He is a treasure!  

Mike and his team excel in building design and construction. His intricate eye for detail and professionalism makes him so easy to work with. We’ve built with other’s in the past but we have never had such an effortless experience like the one we experienced from MIP Construction. Our project was completed on time and to a high standard. Building can be daunting and overwhelming, but Mike and his friendly team were there to guide us every step of the way. The communication was excellent from the start to finish of the project and I could not highly recommend the whole team at MIP Construction enough.

I had great pleasure in working with Mike Prince of MIP Construction over a period of 7 months for a major renovation. 

Throughout the course of the renovation, Mike was highly professional. He was accurate in his timeline for the projection completion and cost.

His record keeping for labour and materials was very clear.

The workmanship from Mike and his team was exemplary. Additionally, he was flexible on who supplied materials or trades.

MIP Construction maintain excellent safety practices and run a very clean workplace, cleaning up at the end of each day.

Communication with Mike was faultless. At least weekly, he would have a conversation updating on progress and planned work for the week or two ahead. Any complications that arose, Mike would explain how work would be impacted and offered various solutions.

This is not my first experience with renovating on a large scale and I cannot speak highly enough of Mike Prince and his team at MIP Construction.

Mike from MIP Constructions built a granny flat in my backyard. His work was of a very high standard, always paying attention to detail.  Most importantly Mike was an excellent communicator, regularly returning calls and dealing with things promptly - and dealt with a difficult neighbour politely and respectfully. He was very reliable and consistently left the site clean at the end of each day. Mike was genuine and honest with his dealings and I would not hesitate to employ him again or recommend him to someone else.
